We work with private property companies, developers or property dealers and cover all asset classes in France (residential, offices, retail, hotel, logistic, senior or student housing, co-living, parking).
In a context of a more restricted access to bank financing, we are positioning ourselves as a leading alternative for real estate players. Our ability to structure tailor-made and sophisticated financing within short timeframes makes it possible to meet the highest requirements of our professional clients. Our financings are typically secured with 1st or 2nd rank mortgages, security trust on project companies and corporate or personal guarantees.
