Xavier has acquired a solid experience in private-equity real estate as investment principal in tier-1 buy-side firms. He spent seven years at CPP Investments in London and Allianz Real Estate in Munich where he was in charge of over 2 billion euros of direct equity investments, covering multiple asset classes and European markets in joint-venture with the largest European REITs. He graduated from EDHEC Business School in France with a double degree in finance and management.

Philippe Bernieri

Managing Partner & Founder

Philippe has developed an institutional and UHNWI client base in the EMEA region for 15 years. He began his career in alternative asset management at firms such as ABC Arbitrage AM and Avendis IM, and later at larger institutions such as Banque SYZ & CO (3A) and Barclays Wealth (Switzerland). He has gained substantial experience in asset management, both institutional and private, in equity markets, equity derivatives, and structured credit markets. In 2014, he co-founded Mosaic, a company specializing in real estate financing. Philippe holds a CAIA Charter and holds an MBA in finance from J. Mack Robinson College (GSU) and a degree from the Toulouse Business School (GSB).

Manuel Ketendjian

Client Relationship Manager, Real Estate Finance

Manuel graduated from EM Strasbourg (MSc in Finance). Before joining Mosaic Investments in 2023, Manuel began his career in finance by joining Renault Group. Later, Manuel spent 5 years at BESV (now named My Partner Bank) as a commercial manager before becoming a business manager and developing his own portfolio. At Mosaic Investments, Manuel focuses on sourcing and executing bank debt investments.

Oscar Baron

Analyst

Oscar is a graduate of EDHEC Business School (MSc in Corporate Finance and Banking). Prior to joining Mosaic Real Estate Finance, he worked at EIFFEL Investment Group as an analyst in the Business and Client Development team on private equity, private debt, infrastructure and listed equity and credit funds. He holds a Double Degree in International Business (Northumbria University).
