Philippe has developed an institutional and UHNWI client base over the last 20 years. He began his career specialising in boutique hedge funds ABC Arbitrage AM and Avendis IM, before moving on to larger institutions such as Banque SYZ & CO (3A) and Barclays Wealth (Switzerland). He is the founding partner of Mosaic, which specialises in real estate finance. Philippe is a CAIA charter holder; he graduated with an MBA in finance from J.Mack Robinson College (GSU) and a business degree from Toulouse GSB.
Xavier acquired solid expertise in finance and real estate as an investment manager in leading funds, notably at CPP Investments in London and Allianz Real Estate in Munich. Over the course of his career, Xavier has overseen more than €2 billion of direct investment in commercial property, on a single asset or portfolio basis, covering several asset classes and European markets in JV with the largest European property companies. He graduated from EDHEC Business School in France with a double degree in finance and management. He is fluent in French and English.
Oscar is a graduate of EDHEC Business School (MSc in Corporate Finance and Banking). Before joining Mosaic RE Finance, he worked at EIFFEL Investment Group as an analyst in the Business and Client Development team on private equity, private debt, infrastructure and listed equity and credit funds. He holds a Double Degree in International Business (Northumbria University).
Manuel is a graduate of EM Strasbourg (MSc in Finance). Before joining Mosaic RE Finance in 2023, Manuel began his career in finance by joining the Renault group. Later, Manuel spent 5 years at BESV (now My Partner Bank) as a client relationship manager before becoming an account manager and developing his own portfolio. At Mosaic RE Finance, Manuel focuses on the research and execution of bank debt investments, senior lenders and real estate investment profesionnals.
