We cover a broad spectrum of the capital structure – equity or mezzanine loans in addition to banks or unitranche financing – and provide tailormade solutions that meet the most complex and specialized needs of our clients. We work with private property companies, developers or property dealers and cover all asset classes in France (residential, offices, retail, hotel, logistic, senior or student housing, co-living, parking).
